The room was well-appointed and easy to use. Breakfast was a highlight with loads of choices and even DIY pancakes. The location is super convenient, just a quick walk from the train station. The staff was genuinely friendly and made my stay enjoyable 😄

The room I booked was extremely spacious and silent with windows the open wide which is always a plus. The location was great for walking around Cologne's Municipal Museum. It was located in a good area just off the main shopping district, the central train station and the downtown and Cathedral and Christmas markets, a welcome base for me.

Great choice for christmas. Plenty of nice options for meal. Generous sized and beautifully maintained rooms with minibar, nice bathroom and a bath, nice pool.

The hotel is just a few steps from the fine cologne cathedral and good cafes like la gazetta, making it easy to enjoy leisurely walks and city views .

Pleasant & comfortable room & restaurant area. I needed a quiet room for a conference call, after I had checked out and they gave me a room for 2 hours without any charge. I call this top service and will definitely go back every time I stay in Cologne.They take customer care very seriously.

Oh what a letdown. The room was very decent, but finding the gym and pool was an absolute challenge. I specifically asked for a room on a high floor, which would have been nice, yet here I am, grappling with inadequacies. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't, since no one offered a complimentary gesture. How rude.

Friendly staff! After traveling through many European cities it was so refreshing to find friendly staff. The young girl at reception was so nice and extremely effecient and helpful! Even the housekeeping girl who brought an extra bed to our room was so nice and so professional at the same time. The room was a very large room for Europe and even big by us standards. The entire hotel and our room was very clean and had a great design. The pool was a welcome treat. It is in a good, close location to the train station. We very much appreciated the attention to detail by the hotel staff. Many amazing attractions very close by.

Although it is in a great location it is very difficult to find. Need good map and directions upon booking. No free wi-fi.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and featured a variety of options. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of downtown sites and easily accessible from the Cologne railway station. The staff demonstrated professionalism and helped create a pleasant experience. The health club was also excellent with a large gym and pool.

Check-in process was a bit long.
